Features and changes to fLaMEd fury over the years. New records and posts show up in the feeds and archive instead.

1. August 17, 2026

   • New website design, who dis?

   • New colour themes in the top bar, choose from my new amazing options: fLaMEd Orange, Hot Magenta, Electric Cyan, Ultra Violet, Acid Lime or Hazard Yellow, it mostly persists through visits, lol.

   • New Activity page: everything I'm watching, reading, drinking, collecting, and playing in one feed.

   • New Sneakers page for my Air Force 1 collection.

   • Updated the Gaming PC History page walking through every machine I've built.

   • Rebuilt the Recordshelf.

   • Rebuilt the Archive as a dense year and month index.

   • Rebuilt Categories and Tags as proper directories with year dividers and breadcrumbs.

   • Added Atom and RSS feeds for every category, listed on the Feeds page.

   • Reworked the mixtapes page. Still in progress.

   • Having a go at an art-directed layout for feature posts, like Sliding Away.

   • Posts now link to the previous and next post.

   • Split the button wall in two and had some fun with it: Powered by and Badges.

   • New Credits page owning up to where I jacked various assets from.

   • Moved webmentions off webmention.io and onto my own self-hosted endpoint.

   • New share preview images for when posts get linked elsewhere.

   • Rebuilt this changelog as a year-grouped archive.

   • Updated the 404 page, check it out.

2. May 13, 2026

   • Big Recordshelf glow-up: new Stats, Favourites, and Labels pages.

   • Record detail pages now surface other variants, more by the same artist, and other records released the same year.

   • Standardised the variant and title naming convention across the collection. Old URLs redirect to the new ones.

   • New Recordshelf feeds (Atom, RSS, JSON) for new vinyl additions, listed on the Feeds page.

   • Glow-up of the Feeds page with format cards and copy-URL buttons.

   • Fixed the Trakt integration after their RSS feeds broke, now using their API v2 directly.

4. March 24, 2026

   • Moved the bookmarks workflow off GitHub Actions and onto a self-hosted Linkding instance, see Moving My Bookmarks To Linkding.

   • Refreshed the writing archive and added a new /web page collecting my web writing. Still a work in progress.

   • Added a glow-up Eleventy transform that wraps every mention of fLaMEd and fLaMEd fury in rendered HTML with the flame gradient effect, plus a CSS hover fire animation.

   • Added indieweb.txt following the indieweb.txt standard, extended with reference information.

   • New Colophon page detailing how the site is built and how a post is made.

   • Updated the About page.

   • Refactored the links data structure: split the monolithic links.json into individual YAML files for better organisation and maintainability.
