Added a new page to the Explore section for Webrings.

Today I’ve added the Webrings page to the Explore section. Webrings were a big part of Web discovery. On this page, I’ve written a few paragraphs about what they are and how they work.

Future plans include adding the webrings that Flamed Fury is part of and a list of all current and active webrings you may be interested in.
